Nice, clean, comfortable family rooms in a good location with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The beds weren't too hard nor too soft, they were just right & very good for a hotel; we even extended our stay an extra night! Easy check-in, friendly staff, and pet-friendly. Don't let the bathroom tile trick you into thinking they are moldy, they are NOT it is just an unfortunate design choice lol. We would definitely stay here again.

For a hotel of this size and given the price per night we stayed the spa area was impressively large and nice. There were no other guests there when I used it, and did not seem to have been many, so it was really nice that they kept the saunas and steam room on nonetheless. Staff was friendly and breakfast, while quite typical for a German hotel, nonetheless really good. Free parking was available just in front of the main entrance. Though not attributable to the hotel itself, but the fact that there were three nice-looking restaurants within a couple of hundred metres from the hotel (a steakhouse, an Italian restaurant and a Greek one) is a big bonus guests' perspective. My son and I followed the receptionist's recommendation and (against the odds?) chose the Greek restaurant for pizzas, and they turned out to be excellent (the hotel has a dinner restaruant of its own, but it was closed the evening in question)

The room was lovely and the staff were very kind. We were worried about checking in as we didn’t make it to the hotel until 1am but there were no issues and we were checked in quickly. Good public transport access during the day

Spacious room, neat and tidy. Comfortable bed and quiet location.

Very nice place, super comfy beds and a nice bathroom too. Good location to stay in during a long journey.
